About Diana

I am originally from Missouri. I have lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex since 1983. I am married and have 3 children and 1 grandchild. I enjoy swimming, singing, dancing, doing DIY projects and spending time with family and friends.

Prior to becoming an insurance agent, I worked in the medical field for 17 years. I’ve done everything from nursing to office management and insurance billing. Having that background gives me a sort of advantage when it comes to helping people with their Medicare plans. I know how the doctor’s offices work, I understand and speak their language and I am also knowledgeable of the process of billing, claims, referrals, etc.

I have been a licensed insurance agent since 2003. I’ve worked in all areas of insurance, Aflac, Life, Health, Property & Casualty and Medicare. Basically, I’ve done it all. Medicare and the people I’m privileged to work with is what I love. Helping people is where my heart is at. Medicare can be very confusing. Teaching people about the basics of Medicare and their options in choosing their Medicare coverage brings me great joy. My goal is to make life easier when it comes to navigating Medicare and making plan choices.
